02Data collected

• Contact form: company, city, phone, e-mail, subject of the request, part reference (optional) and message. Mandatory fields are marked; without them the request cannot be processed.
• Technical data: when you browse the site, connection data (IP address, browser type, pages viewed, timestamps) may be processed by our technical providers for security and operational purposes.
• Phone and WhatsApp: if you contact us through these channels, the exchanges are also subject to the terms of those services.

The site is intended for trade professionals; it collects no sensitive data and is not aimed at minors.

03Purposes

Your data is used to:

• answer your requests for quotes, availability and information;
• assess eligibility for a professional webshop account and, where applicable, create and send you your credentials;
• manage the business relationship and order follow-up;
• review partnership proposals from manufacturers and suppliers;
• ensure the security and proper operation of the site.

Car Vision Parts performs no automated profiling, does not sell your data and sends no marketing without your consent.

04Legal basis

Processing is based on your consent (voluntary submission of the form, contacting us), on pre-contractual and contractual steps taken at your request (quotes, account opening, orders) and, for site security, on the legitimate interest of Car Vision Parts, in the cases provided for by Law No. 09-08.

05Recipients

Your data is accessible to the sales and administrative teams of Car Vision Parts and to its technical providers acting on its behalf and bound by confidentiality: form-delivery service (Formspree), website hosting and business e-mail. It is not passed on to any third party for commercial purposes.

06Transfers outside Morocco

Some providers used by the site are established outside Morocco, in particular in the United States or the European Union: Formspree (form), Google Fonts (typefaces), Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager (audience measurement, with your consent), Cloudflare cdnjs and jsDelivr (technical libraries), YouTube (videos). The strictly necessary data (form content; IP address when loading these resources) may therefore be processed in those countries. Such transfers are framed by the contractual commitments of these providers and by the provisions of Law No. 09-08 on transfers of data abroad.

07Retention

• Form requests: for as long as needed to process the request and follow up on the resulting exchanges. Where a business relationship is established, data is kept for its duration and then for the period required by legal, accounting and tax obligations; otherwise it is deleted within a reasonable time.
• Technical data: limited periods set by the providers concerned, for security purposes.

08Your rights

Under Law No. 09-08 you have the right to access, rectify and object to the processing of your data (including any marketing), as well as the right to withdraw your consent at any time and to have data that is no longer needed deleted.

To exercise these rights, write to contact@carvisionparts.com or to the postal address above, stating your request; proof of identity may be requested in case of doubt. You may also lodge a complaint with the CNDP (www.cndp.ma).

09Cookies and local storage

Audience measurement, with your consent: the site uses Google Analytics 4, loaded through Google Tag Manager (services of Google LLC), to learn which pages are viewed, where visits come from, clicks to the webshop or WhatsApp and form submissions. The related cookies (_ga, _ga_*) are only set after you accept in the banner shown on your first visit. If you decline, no measurement cookie is set and Google receives only technical signals without any identifier. You can change your choice at any time: change my cookie choice. No advertising cookies are used.

Local storage: your browser remembers the language you selected (cvp-lang), your cookie choice (cvp-consent) and the fact that the opening animation should not replay during the same visit (session storage, cleared when the tab is closed). This information stays in your browser and is transmitted neither to Car Vision Parts nor to third parties.

Other third-party services: typefaces (Google Fonts) and technical libraries (Cloudflare cdnjs, jsDelivr) are loaded when pages are displayed, which transmits your IP address to those services. YouTube videos are embedded in "privacy-enhanced" mode (youtube-nocookie) and load only after you click; YouTube may then set its own cookies. The WhatsApp button opens the WhatsApp application or website, subject to that service's terms. You can block or delete these elements at any time in your browser settings.

10Security

Car Vision Parts implements reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your data (secure connection, access restricted to authorised staff, providers selected for their safeguards). As no system is infallible, Car Vision Parts would inform you of any incident affecting your data as required by law.

11Updates

This policy may be amended to reflect changes to the site, the services used or the regulations. The version published on this page prevails; its update date appears at the top of the page.
